The goal of this program is to equip candidates with the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to stand out from the competition and secure career opportunities that align with their ambitions. The program is structured into three phases:

1. Foundations for Success

2. Leadership Development

3. Genius Zone Refinement

Through a combination of interactive webinars, online workshops, lectures, personal challenges, and more, participants will build the expertise and confidence required to thrive in their chosen career paths.

*The program is designed for PhD students although MSc graduates and Postdoc candidates can equaly benefit and are welcome to join.

About Phase No.1 - Foundations for Success

Foundations for Success is the first part of the Next-Gen Science Leader Program, designed to establish a solid knowledge base and broaden participants’ awareness in key areas of career development. Over the course of three months, candidates will participate in six interconnected online workshops, each focused on understanding essential concepts and gaining insights that will support their long-term career success.

Between each workshop, participants will engage in challenges related to the workshop content. These challenges are designed to reinforce the material, encourage practical application, and help deepen participants' understanding of key concepts.

Workshop format:

• Duration of each workshop is around 120 min

• Groups are formed of up to 20 participants

• Comunication between facilitators and peers will be conducted through audio, video and chat
